BID Feasibility

BID Feasibility is the first and most important step for any partnership or group considering developing a Business Improvement District.

Not every location will be suitable for a BID, and for those that are, it is essential to ensure that key elements of the BID are fit for purpose. At Zeteor BIDs we can carry out a feasibility study for a BID in your area, tailored precisely to your needs.

All feasibility studies carried out should include a review of options for the BID area, including statistical analysis of stakeholder numbers and profile.

Additionally it is important to conduct selective consultation with potential BID stakeholders to establish interest in a BID. We thoroughly recommend that this initial consultation is sufficient to demonstrate an appropriate level of support.

At the end of this research stage you will receive a detailed report highlighting key findings and outlining options for the way forward, along with a risk assessment.
