Town Centre Management Services

It was the emergence of Town Centre Management (TCM) back in the early 1990’s that led ultimately to the development of BIDs in Britain.

Whilst many successful TCM schemes have moved on to become BIDs, there remain a significant number of town centre partnerships that continue to provide an invaluable service in helping to improve town centres.

BIDs aren’t necessarily the best delivery mechanism for every location, and reflecting this we are pleased to provide a range of services tailored specifically to TCM partnerships.

We believe that many of the disciplines adopted by BIDs can be successfully applied to TCM schemes, thereby improving effectiveness. This would include professional business planning/defined additional services, income generation initiatives, baseline service agreements, member communication, etc.
